--- name: vertical-highlight-reshoot description: Make a 60-90 s 9:16 highlight from a 16:9 3D video by re-rendering with vertical cameras instead of cropping: pick whole sentences, reframe, render, add captions. 크롭 없는 세로 하이라이트. --- # Vertical Highlight Reshoot Cropping 16:9 to 9:16 throws away two thirds of the picture and usually cuts the subject. Because the video is 3D, re-render it with vertical cameras instead. ## 1. Pick the highlight (60-90 s) - Choose whole sentences, in order, that tell a complete mini-story: hook -> one strong consequence -> the twist. - If a sentence starts with "this" or "these", keep the sentence before it too. - If it is too long, drop a whole block, not half sentences. - Write the pick as a list: section, original frame from-to, sentence text. ## 2. Re-shoot - Back up the original 16:9 files first and keep the original scene scripts untouched. - Write a small wrapper per section that runs the original scene, then changes resolution to 1080x1920 and moves the camera. - Side-by-side comparisons become stacked: move one object in front of or above the other. - Vertical frames show more floor and sky: extend the ground so its edges are not visible. ## 3. Steps 1. Cut the narration for the picked sentences and join them with a short pause. 2. Stills of every reshot section, check the framing. 3. Render JPG sequences, assemble, add captions and cards in a vertical layout. 4. Watch on a phone. ## Output A 60-90 s 1080x1920 video with captions, the highlight list, and the untouched 16:9 originals. --- 만든이: sphereai.work (https://sphereai.work)
