One VS Code,
Claude Code · Codex · Antigravity
Install the programs below and you can use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Google Antigravity inside VS Code. Skillbot's free skills work in any of them.
- 1
Create accounts
GitHub is required. Create the others only when a skill needs them. Free plans are enough for all of them.
- 2
Install programs
Install the first five yourself. Ask your AI agent to install the last two once it is running.

Turn on an AI agent in VS Code
In VS Code, open Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X), search for the name, install and sign in. One is enough, or install all three and switch between them.
Claude Code and Codex need a paid plan. No plan? Start with Antigravity, which signs in with a Google account.
To use Claude Code in a terminal too
Windows (PowerShell)
irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iexmacOS · Linux
curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bashIf you installed it from the terminal, open your folder in VS Code and type
claudein the built-in terminal (Ctrl+`). Sign in with your Claude account the first time. - 4
Check the install
Open a new terminal and run each line. A version number means it worked.
node --versiongit --versionpython --versionffmpeg -versionuv --versionNot sure? Just ask your AI agent. Paste this line:
“Check whether Node.js, Git, Python, FFmpeg and uv are installed on my computer, and install any that are missing” - 5
Add a skill and run it
You're set. Three steps and the automation runs.
- 1Download the skill ZIP and unzip it into a folder.
- 2Open that folder in VS Code and call your AI agent (Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity).
- 3Say this. Swap in your own folder path.
