Tips

Timestamps make the chapters accurate.
Generate the thumbnail image without text and add the copy in an editor. Image generators often misspell Korean text.
Google Flow's free limits and menus can change. Sign in and pay yourself.

Installation

Download the ZIP below.
Upload it under Settings → Capabilities → Skills.
Turn the skill on and start a chat with one of the "Try saying" lines.

Claude Code (copy the folder)

Unzip it. You'll get a folder named after the skill.
Put that folder inside ~/.claude/skills/ (or .claude/skills/ for a single project).
Restart Claude Code.

# 유튜브 제목·설명·썸네일 기획

영상이 완성된 뒤 업로드 직전에 쓴다. 대본이나 영상 요약을 받아서 업로드에 필요한 문구를 만든다.

## 0. 먼저 받을 것
1. 대본, 또는 영상 내용 요약과 타임스탬프
2. 시청자와 채널 톤 (기존 제목 3~5개가 있으면 길이와 말투를 따라간다)
3. 영상 길이 (쇼츠인지 롱폼인지)

## 1. 제목 (후보 10개 → 추천 3개)
다음 패턴을 섞어서 만든다.

| 질문 | "왜 ○○은 ○○일까?" |
| 숫자 | "○○ 3가지" (본문에 실제로 3가지가 있을 때만) |
| 반전 | "○○인 줄 알았는데 사실은" |
| 해결 | "○○ 한 번에 해결하는 법" |
- 핵심 키워드를 앞쪽에 둔다.
- 길이는 모바일에서 잘리지 않게 짧게. 중요한 말은 앞 20자 안에 둔다.
- **영상에 없는 내용은 약속하지 않는다.** 과장은 클릭은 늘려도 시청 지속률을 떨어뜨린다.
- 추천 3개에는 각각 "왜 이 제목인지" 한 줄을 붙인다.

- 챕터는 `0:00`으로 시작하고, 3개 이상, 각 구간은 10초 이상이어야 인식된다.
- 챕터 이름은 보는 사람이 내용을 알 수 있게 쓴다("파트2"가 아니라 "가격 비교하는 법").
